ICG-Longbow Senior Secured UK Property Debt Investments Limited is a Guernsey-based closed-ended investment company. The investment objective of the Company, as approved by the shareholders of the Company, is to conduct an orderly realization of the assets of the Company. It is engaged in the provision of a diversified portfolio of the United Kingdom commercial property backed senior debt investments. The Company has invested in a portfolio of the United Kingdom real estate debt investments predominantly comprising loans secured by ranking fixed charges against commercial property investments. The Company's senior loan investment strategy is implemented through its investment advisor, the real estate debt division of Intermediate Capital Group plc. The Company's investment manager is ICG Alternative Investment Limited.

The Company investment objective is to conduct an orderly realisation of the assets of the Group. The assets of the Group will be realised in an orderly manner, returning cash to Shareholders at such times and in such manner as the Board may, in its absolute discretion, determine. The Board will endeavour to realise all the Group investments in a manner that achieves a balance between maximising the net value received from those investments and making timely returns to Shareholders.
