India Capital Growth Fund Ltd have announced details of an optional redemption facility whereby shareholders as of close of business on 29 August 2025 can elect to redeem all or part of their holding.

 

The company will create a redemption pool consisting of cash and assets, which will be realised to fund the redemption facility. The redemption price will be announced on 8 December 2025, and will be calculated by dividing the cash amount generated by realising the redemption pool’s assets (minus a 3% Exit Discount) by the number of shares redeemed under the offer. As such we will not be able to confirm the price the shares will be redeemed at in advance.

 

If you don’t want to redeem any shares, you don’t need to do anything. If you do not return an instruction, then no shares will be redeemed on your behalf and your holding will remain unchanged.

 

Redeem your shares – Act by noon on Thursday 27 November 2025

Any shares you ask to redeem will be removed from your portfolio from 27 November 2025. It is expected that you’ll receive cash from shares successfully redeemed from 15 December 2025.
