You have been offered 360p per share. Shareholders at the end of 1 May 2025 will also receive a 8p per share special dividend to be paid on 14 May 2025. Shareholders at the end of 21 August 2024 also received a 2p per share dividend on 30 September 2024.

 

Delisting

 

EP UK Bidco have received valid acceptances of approximately 80% of the shares in issue and will therefore proceed with the delisting of International Distribution Services shares. The delisting is expected to happen on 2 June 2025 at the earliest.

 

Depending on the level of acceptance, EP UK Bidco has announced their intention to compulsorily acquire the remaining shares at a later date. 

 

If you don’t want to sell any shares, you don’t need to do anything.
