The Merchanting segment supplies building materials and DIY goods through its network of merchant businesses and online platform capabilities. It operates both on the light side (building materials and timber) and the heavy side through about 32 locations in the United Kingdom (UK). The Plumbing and Heating segment is a specialist distributor in the UK of heating and plumbing products to a UK network of independent merchants, installers and the general public. The Digital segment provides an online route to market through nine specialist websites for construction and plumbing and heating customers.
