MetalNRG plc is a United Kingdom-based natural resources investing company seeking investments in precious and strategic metals. The Company invests through two divisions: Direct Investment and Indirect Investment. The Direct Investment division includes The Gold Ridge Project, Brit Nrg and Metalnrg Eco Ltd/Eqtec. The Gold Ridge Project comprises three mines: the Gold Ridge Mine, the Gold Prince Mine, and the Dives Mine. The mines are located on the lower southern slopes of the Dos Cabezas Mountains. The Gold Ridge Project area covers approximately 932 hectares. The Brit Nrg’s assets portfolio includes three producing licenses, including Whisby, Newton on Trent and Reepham. MetalNRG Eco Ltd /EQTEC develops shovel ready green energy infrastructure projects in the United Kingdom and Europe. The Indirect Investment division includes the Uranium Project and the Lake Victoria Gold Project in the region of Northern Tanzania. It hosts both Geita gold mine and Bulyanhulu gold mine.
