The Company is also a home loan servicer and originator in the country focused on delivering a variety of servicing and lending products, services and technologies. The Company's Servicing segment performs operational activities on behalf of investors or owners of the underlying mortgages and mortgage servicing rights, including collecting and disbursing borrower payments, investor reporting, customer service, modifying loans. The Company's Originations segment originates residential mortgage loans through its direct-to-consumer channel, which provides refinance options for its existing customers, and through its correspondent channel, which purchases or originates loans from mortgage bankers. The Company’s subsidiaries are Home Point Capital Inc., and Roosevelt Management Company, LLC.
