Nostra Terra Oil and Gas Company plc is a United Kingdom-based oil and gas exploration and production company with development and production assets in the prolific Permian Basin, Texas, and East Texas. The Company holds a 100% working interest in the Mesquite asset located on the Eastern Shelf of the Permian Basin, with estimated recoverable reserves of 2.4 million barrels of oil (mmbbls) over 1,984 net acres. The Company also has interests in three additional Permian Basin oil properties in close proximity to Mesquite and is producing from two wells. The Company’s Mid-Continent properties include East Texas, which holds 100% working interest in the Pine Mills oilfield; East Texas, which holds 32.5% working interest in the Cypress farmout area of Pine Mills; West Texas, which holds 50-100% working interest leases located in the Permian Basin, and South Texas, which holds 100% working interest in the Caballos Creek oilfield.
