Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc has made an offer to buy Olink Holding AB ADSs (American Depositary Shares) at a price of USD26.00 per ADS. This is called a tender offer.The deadline for acceptance of the offer has been extended.

 

If you don’t want to sell any ADSs, you don’t need to do anything. Depending on the level of acceptance the offeror has confirmed its intention to delist or compulsorily acquire the remaining ADSs at a later date.
