Details (last updated 6 Mar 2026)

Greensleeves Homes Trust is offering to buy your Retail Charity Bonds (Greensleeves Homes Trust) 4.25% 2026 bonds in a tender offer.

If you don’t want to tender your bonds, you don’t need to do anything and will keep your existing bonds. If there are a lot less bonds in issue after the offer this could affect how easy it is to trade them and their price.

The tender offer is for a limited number of bonds. Any elections to tender bonds may therefore be subject to scaling back, with no guarantee that any of the bonds will be repurchased under the offer.

The purchase price for bonds validly tendered and accepted will be 97p per bond. Greensleeves Homes Trust will also pay an additional payment of accrued interest in respect of bonds accepted for purchase pursuant to the offer.

You can tender all or some of your bonds, but elections must be made in lots of 100 bonds. There’s no guarantee you’ll be able to sell all of the bonds you ask to.

Sell bonds in the offer – Act by noon on Monday 16 March 2026

Any bonds you ask to sell will be removed from your portfolio from 16 March 2026. You’ll receive cash from bonds successfully sold from 25 March 2026, and any bonds not successfully sold will be returned to your account around the same time.

As your bonds are held with Hargreaves Lansdown, scaling back of tenders may not be on the same terms as those announced by the company.

Full details of this event will be sent to Qualifying Hargreaves Lansdown clients by either post or secure message. Please note that any instruction you give must be based on the full details provided in the letter and not on the summary information outlined above.

The London Stock Exchange does not disclose whether a trade is a buy or a sell so this data is estimated based on the trade price received and the LSE-quoted mid-price at the point the trade is placed. It should only be considered an indication and not a recommendation.

Trades priced above the mid-price at the time the trade is placed are labelled as a buy; those priced below the mid-price are sells; and those priced close to the mid-price or declared late are labelled 'N/A'.
