Rubellite Energy Inc (Rubellite) is a Canada-based energy company. The Company is engaged in exploration, development and production of heavy crude oil from the Clearwater formation in Eastern Alberta, utilizing multi-lateral drilling technology. Rubellite's assets (the Clearwater Assets) comprise 104.5 net sections of acreage, for conventional heavy crude oil in the Clearwater formation with approximately over 370 identified multi-lateral drilling locations. Its Clearwater Assets also include two dimensional (2D) and three dimensional (3D) seismic and a road network of approximately 40 kilometer. The Company has eleven producing multi-lateral wells, including the six original producing wells at Ukalta, two wells at Marten Hills and three producing wells at Figure Lake.
