The Company's flagship project is the 100% owned Northumberland Gold Project located in Nevada's Walker Lane. It also owns a portfolio of exploration properties in Nevada, including the Hercules and Cuprite Gold Projects. The Hercules Gold Project, consisting of approximately 1,323 unpatented claims and 4 patented mining claims, covers around 9,945 hectares in the Walker Lane Trend of Nevada, United States of America, approximately 23 kilometers south-east of Reno. It is a prospective gold exploration project of the Company. The Cuprite Gold Project is a non-core, non-material exploration project and consists of approximately 376 claims covering 28.65-square kilometers. The Company also holds a 100% interest in the non-core; non-material Willoughby Property located in north-western British Columbia.
