The group operates through advanced backend solutions division, photomask solutions division and central group functions. The advanced backend solutions division comprises the development, production and sale of solutions in the imaging, coating and bonding product lines, specifically offering mask aligners and ultraviolet projection scanners (imaging systems), coaters and developers (coating systems), as well as temporary and permanent bonders (bonding systems). The Photomask Solutions division comprises the development, manufacture, and sale of systems used in the production or cleaning of photomasks for the semiconductor industry. The central group functions division includes all other activities and the costs of the central group functions.
