Its properties are mission critical to its grocery tenants, operating as key online fulfilment hubs as well as generating in store physical sales. Its portfolio includes Tesco, Morrisons, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, Asda, Aldi, Marks & Spencer, and Carrefour.
