Talisman Metals PLC, formerly Ovoca Bio Plc, is an Ireland-based company which is developing copper deposits in Morocco. The Company is focused on the exploration and development of multiple copper deposits across the Atlas Mountains. It operates through the mining segment. Its projects include Tirzzit Project, Tizert Group of Projects and Argana Project. The Tirzzit Project consists of two adjacent exploitation licenses 25 kilometers (km) south of the Zgounder Silver Mine and 85 km east of the Tizert Cu-Ag deposit that is being developed by the Managem Group. The Tizert Group of Projects comprises three Projects; Tizert North, Fougnar and Tizert South, made up of five Research Permits held 100% by Talisman via a Moroccan subsidiary. The exploration targets in the three Projects are Cu-Ag of the Sediment-Hosted Stratiform Copper (SHSC) deposit type. The Argana Project comprises five Research Permits held 100% by Talisman via a Moroccan subsidiary.
