Ultra Lithium Inc. is a Canadian mineral exploration company with a focus on the acquisition, exploration and development of lithium, gold, and copper assets. The Company holds brine lithium and gold properties in Argentina, namely the Laguna Verde I and II brine lithium property and La Rioja property. It also holds certain claims in Cordoba and Salta provinces, Argentina. It holds a Laguna Verde I and II brine lithium property in Argentina, comprising 7,569 hectares of land on three mining licenses. It holds a total of three gold exploration licenses and over 13 thirteen gold mining licenses totaling over 30,000 acres of prospective properties in the Chepes area located in La Rioja Province, Argentina. The Company has also entered into a purchase agreement to obtain 100% of the La Borita mining concessions.
