Vitesse Energy, Inc. is engaged in the acquisition, owning, exploring, development, management, production, and disposing of oil and gas properties. The Company is focused on creating long-term stockholder value through the profitable acquisition, development and production of oil and natural gas assets that provide a return on invested capital. The Company is focused on returning capital to stockholders through owning and acquiring operated and non-operated working interest and royalty interest ownership primarily in the Bakken and Three Forks formations in the Williston Basin of North Dakota and Montana. It also owns non-operated interests in oil and gas properties in the Central Rockies, including the Denver-Julesburg Basin located in Colorado and Wyoming and the Powder River Basin located in Wyoming. It is also engaged in oil and natural gas development and production by participating on a proportionate basis alongside third-party interests in wells drilled and completed.
