How to withdraw money from Active Savings
If you need to withdraw money from your HL accounts, it's quickest online. Here's how to withdraw from an Active Savings account.

Before you start
- Any money you want to withdraw to your bank account will first need to be available in your cash hub.
- If the money is held in an easy-access or limited-access product, you will find the option to ‘withdraw’ beside the product – this will send the money back to the cash hub.
- If you have money in a fixed-term product you will need to wait until the product matures and your savings have been returned to the cash hub before they can be withdrawn.
- Any money that is ‘pending’ before you try and withdraw it may take longer to reach your account.
- If you are withdrawing more than £99,999, contact our helpdesk on 0117 980 9995.
How to withdraw money on the website
- Log in online to see your accounts.
- Select Active Savings.
- Check your Cash Hub balance and select ‘Withdraw’.
- Enter the amount you want to withdraw then select ‘Continue’.
