CC Japan Income & Growth Trust plc is a United Kingdom-based closed-ended investment company. It invests in various sectors, such as banks, information and communications, wholesale, chemicals, securities and commodities, insurance and electrical appliances. The Company's investment manager is Chikara Investments LLP.

The objective is to provide Shareholders with dividend income combined with capital growth, mainly through investment in equities listed or quoted in Japan. The Company may also invest in exchange traded funds in order to gain exposure to such equities.

The Companys management fee is calculated on a tiered basis of 0.75% per annum on the first 300 million of net assets and 0.60% on net assets in excess of 300 million. Contract terminable on 12 notice period.
