What is happening?
 
As you may be aware the Board of Diana Shipping Inc have recently announced the terms of a Tender Offer. The tender offer price has been increased to USD3.65 per Share. 
 
The Tender Offer enables Shareholders to tender all or part of their Shareholding. However the company is only intending to buy back up to 2,739,726 Shares or 2.9%, so tender elections may be subject to scaling back.

 
What are my choices?
 
Option 1 – Do nothing. You are not required to take any action at this time.
 
Option 2 - Tender a number of Ordinary Shares. If you wish to tender a number of Shares please give us your instruction by noon Monday 9 December 2019, at which point any tendered Shares will be removed from your portfolio.
 
Any instruction must be received in this office by noon Monday 9 December 2019. If no instruction is received, your Shares will not be tendered and the Offer will lapse.
