Quantum Helium Ltd, formerly Mosman Oil and Gas Limited, is a helium, hydrogen and hydrocarbon exploration, development, and production company with projects in the United States and Australia. It has several projects in the United States, in addition to exploration projects in the Amadeus Basin in Central Australia. Its exploration focus is Southwest and Southeast Colorado, which has significant concentrations of helium and historical helium production. Its projects include Sagebrush project, Cinnabar Lease and Coyote Wash Project. The Sagebrush project is in the Four Corners region in Colorado, the United States, which is an area of helium production from the Leadville formation carbonates from fields such as Doe Creek. The Sagebrush project covers over 10,000 acres with existing oil fields and helium encounters in the area. It holds a 100% working interest across the Coyote Wash Project area of 4320 acres. It has 75% working interest in over 350 acre Cinnabar Lease in East Texas.
