It invests in public or private securities, may hold controlling or non-controlling positions in its investments, and may make investments in the form of equity, equity-related instruments, indebtedness, or derivatives. Its investment manager is RIGL Holdings, LP.

To realise all existing investments in the Company's portfolio in an orderly manner and make timely returns of cash to Shareholders.The Company will focus on the orderly realisation of its investments and stop making new or follow-on investments or capital expenditures, unless approved by the Board. Such approval may be given if: (a) not making the investment or expenditure would cause a legal, regulatory, or contractual breach; or (b) the investment or expenditure is needed to protect, enhance, or support the disposal of an existing investment.
