The Company's net lease portfolio is leased to tenants that include travel centers, quick service restaurants, casual dining restaurants, health and fitness, home goods and leisure, grocery stores, movie theaters, and others. Its hotel brands include Sonesta Hotels & Resorts, Royal Sonesta Hotels, Crowne Plaza, Hyatt Place, and others.
