The Company’s segments include hotel investments and net lease investments. Its hotel investments segment consists of hotels managed by subsidiaries of Sonesta, Hyatt, Radisson and IHG. Its net lease investments segment consists of service-focused retail net lease properties, including travel centers. The Company owns approximately 200 hotels with over 35,000 guest rooms throughout the United States and in Puerto Rico and Canada. It also owns approximately 742 service-focused retail net lease properties throughout the United States. It owns and manages a diverse portfolio of hotels and net lease properties across the United States and in Puerto Rico and Canada with 145 distinct brands across 22 industries. Its net lease tenants operate across over 21 distinct industries within the service-focused retail sector of the United States economy.
