What is happening?

 

TwentyFour Select Monthly Income Fund Ltd has announced details of a Quarterly Tender Offer. You have two options to consider before our noon on Tuesday 31 August 2021 deadline.

 

The Company has announced it intends to purchase up to 20% of the issued Share Capital at a price based on the Net Asset Value (NAV). The Tender Price will be set at a 2% discount to the 30 September 2021 NAV.

 

What are my options?

 

Option 1 – Tender a number of Shares. If you wish to tender a number of Shares please give us your instruction by noon on Tuesday 31 August 2021, at which point any tendered Shares will be removed from your portfolio. Cash from the Tender Offer, or any rejected Shares from Excess elections, are expected to be credited to your Account from 11 October 2021.

Option 2 – Take no action. Shareholders are not obliged to tender any number of Shares. If you do not return an instruction no Shares will be tendered on your behalf and your holding will remain unchanged.
