IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THIS OFFER
Receive a £200 discount on new financial advice
1. To be eligible to receive a one-off £200 discount in relation to our charges for newly instructed financial advice (the “Discount”) you must:
a. within one calendar month of being sent the “Initial Offer Email” (the first email we send you about this offer), speak to our Advisory Helpdesk about your interest in instructing new financial advice. (You can book an appointment via our website www.hl.co.uk/speak-to-an-adviser, call 0117 317 1690 or email us at advice@hl.co.uk);
b. within six months of being sent the Initial Offer Email (the “Qualifying Period”), instruct such new financial advice by signing and returning to us an Adviser Charge Agreement; and
c. be eligible under the Additional Eligibility Criteria.
How the Discount is applied
2. We shall automatically apply the Discount against the advisory charges contained within our first invoice to you in relation to the newly instructed financial advice.
3. Our minimum charge for newly instructed financial advice is £495 for telephone advice and £1,495 for face-to-face advice (each a “Minimum Charge”) excluding VAT where applicable. Where the application of the Discount would result in our charges being less than the applicable Minimum Charge, the Discount shall not apply in full but, instead, shall be reduced such that you will be charged the applicable Minimum Charge.
Additional Eligibility Criteria
4. To qualify for the Discount, please book a call back via www.hl.co.uk/speak-to-an-adviser. If you make contact with us in another way, please mention this offer so we can confirm your eligibility and ensure you receive the Discount.
5. The Discount shall only be applied in relation to new financial advice that you instruct in accordance with the terms and conditions of this offer.
6. The Discount shall not be applied to financial advice provided in respect of Defined Benefit scheme transfers.
7. The Discount is limited to one per client.
8. You must not be an employee of any Hargreaves Lansdown Group company or a member of any such employee’s immediate family or Household (as defined in clause 9).
9. The Discount is limited to one per Household. In this context, we define a “Household” as meaning one or more related individuals residing together at the same address.
10. The Discount shall not be applied in conjunction with any other offer or campaign run by any Hargreaves Lansdown Group company.
11. We may amend, extend or withdraw this offer at any time. Details of any such amendment, extension or withdrawal will be posted on our website at www.hl.co.uk/financial-advice/loyalty-offer.
12. This offer will be governed by English law and, in participating, you submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts. This offer is not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
