Eric Liu, Director, is the portfolio manager at Blackrock responsible for managing China Bond Fund as well as leading China onshore fixed income investment team. Prior to joining BlackRock in 2016, Mr. Liu was a PM at Aberdeen Asset Management in Singapore, responsible for co-managing Asia Credit Funds and conducting investment analysis on Asia credits. Previously, he held a variety of positions covering public debt, private debt, private equity as well as structured finance product. Mr. Liu holds a MBA from Insead in Finance and earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Nanyang Technological University. Mr. Liu is a CFA and FRM charterholder.

Artur Piasecki is a senior member of the Asian Credit team and is a portfolio manager with a focus on total return strategies. He is the lead portfolio manager for the BGF Asian High Yield Bond Fund and co-portfolio manager for the BGF China Bond Fund. Manages Asia sleeves of Strategic Income Opportunities Fund and Fixed Income global Opportunities Fund. In addition, he is part of the portfolio management team for the BGF Asian Tiger Bond Fund and the BlackRock Asian Floating Rate Income Fund. Mr. Piasecki is a voting member on the Asia-Pacific Private Credit investment committee. Prior to joining BlackRock in 2009, Mr. Piasecki was at R3 Capital Partners responsible for the management of Asian credit and equity-linked portfolios. Previously, he was working on proprietary trading desks at JP Morgan and Lehman Brothers. Before moving to Asia, he worked as Bond Market Maker at JP Morgan London. Mr. Piasecki earned a MS degree, summa cum laude, in International Relations and Foreign Trade from the Poznan University of Economics and an MS degree in international business economics from the Aalborg University.
