What do I do if I can't find a stock on the platform?
If you are unable to find a stock you wish to trade on our website, then it’s possible we don’t yet offer it. If you would like it added, you can send us a secure message.
- The company name
- The exchange that the stock trades on
- The ticker or EPIC code (if known)
- The amount that you are looking to invest in it
We will then check whether the stock can be added to the platform and get back to you.
As we need to contact third parties to see if we can make a stock available to trade, it can take around 2-3 weeks to hear back from us. This won't be treated as a dealing instruction.
Please note that there are investments that we can’t offer. This includes any Over the Counter (OTC) stocks, US or Canadian Exchange Traded Funds, US Mutual Funds and any stocks that trade on overseas exchanges we do not have access to.
