How to add money on the website
- Log in online to see your accounts.
- From the list of actions, select ‘Top up’ next to your Junior Investment Account.
- Read the Key Features before going any further.
- Enter the amount of money you want to add.
- Enter the 16-digit number across the middle of your debit card.
- Enter your card’s expiry date in the format MM/YY.
- Enter the CVC number. This is the last 3 digits on the back of the card.
- Select ‘Make payment’ to confirm.
How to add money on the mobile app
- Select ‘Accounts’ in the bottom left corner.
- Log in.
- Select the Junior Investment Account you want to add money to.
- Select ‘Add money’.
- Read the important information shown.
- Enter the amount you want to add then select ‘Continue’.
- Enter the details of the debit card you want to use.
- Select ‘Make payment’ to confirm.
How to add money by bank transfer
You can add money to your Junior Investment Account directly from your bank account using these details:

The money is usually available straightaway when completing a bank transfer from your nominated bank account.
If you do a bank transfer from a different bank account, this can take 1-2 working days to be applied to the account.
What happens next
Your ‘amount available to invest’ will update as soon as the payment is authorised, although the money may not leave your bank account until a few days later.
You will be able to trade as soon as you have added money.
