I can’t see my investments in either of my accounts, where are they?

Sometimes it takes a while for investments to show in your account after they've left your current provider. There may even be a short period where they don't show in either, or you see investments spread across both accounts.  

This is completely normal. We will contact you if there are any problems with your transfer, otherwise please wait for your investments to arrive.  

We'll then let you know when your transfer is complete.
