Corcel PLC is an upstream oil and gas development company, with residual interests in battery metals. The Company has an oil and gas portfolio in onshore Angola that includes brownfield redevelopment opportunities and significant exploration upside. The Company’s Angola portfolio consists of interests in three licenses: KON-16; KON -11, and KON-12. Its battery metals portfolio consists of an 80% working interest in the Mt Weld Rare Earth Elements project in Western Australia. It owns 90% of APEX (an Angolan Oil and Gas player with interests in three historically producing licenses). KON-16 (Operated) is an exploration potential, including a pre-Salt well with oil shows. It has 80% ownership of the Mt Weld (P38/4489) Project, a granted mineral tenement, located only 1.4 km (0.9 miles) west-northwest of Lynas Rare Earths Limited. The Project covers 171 hectares in size. It also owns 41% of license EL1390, covering 256 square kilometers (km2) near Kokoda in Papua New Guinea.
