Digital 9 Infrastructure plc is a United Kingdom-based investment trust. The Company's investment objective is to undertake a managed wind-down of the Company and realize all existing assets in the Company's portfolio in an orderly manner. Its portfolio consists of Arqiva, Elio Networks, and SeaEdge UK1. Arqiva is the sole provider of national terrestrial TV and radio broadcasting infrastructure in the United Kingdom. Elio Networks owns and operates the highest capacity licensed microwave-based Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) network in metropolitan Dublin. SeaEdge UK1 is data center asset and subsea fiber landing station, located on the data center campus in Newcastle. The Company's investment manager is InfraRed Capital Partners Limited.

To manage with the intention of realising all the remaining assets in the Portfolio, in an orderly manner with a view to ultimately returning available cash to Shareholders following the repayment and cancellation of the Company’s revolving credit facility.
