About this company

Omega Healthcare Investors, Inc. is a real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company operates through two segments, triple-net investments and operating portfolio. Its investments in healthcare-related real estate properties, are located in the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada, include skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), assisted living facilities (ALFs) (including care homes in the United Kingdom), and to a lesser extent, independent living facilities (ILFs), rehabilitation and acute care facilities and continuing care retirement communities. Its core portfolio consists of its long-term triple-net leases and real estate loans with healthcare operating companies and affiliates. In addition, the Company makes loans to operators and/or their principals. Its portfolio of real estate investments includes over 1,022 healthcare facilities, located in 41 states, Washington, D.C., the United Kingdom and Jersey, and are operated or managed by 93 third-party operators or managers.
