Objective

Fee Structure

Troy Asset Management Limited receives a fee, which is based on the NAV 0.65% on the first GBP 750m, 0.55% between GBP750m and GBP1b, and 0.5% thereafter, payable quarterly in arrears. A contract terrminable by giving not less than 6 months notice.

Dividend Policy

Dividends on the Ordinary shares are payable quarterly in January, April, July and October. The Company aimsto pay as consistent and sustainable a dividend as is compatible with protecting and increasing the value of its shareholders’ funds and maintaining its investment flexibility. The Company has the ability in accordance with its Articles of Association to make distributions from capital.

Manager Bio

Sebastian is Troy’s Chief Investment Officer and is responsible for Troy’s Multi-Asset Strategy. He is the Fund Manager of the Trojan Fund and Investment Manager to Personal Assets Trust. He has 30 years’ investment experience and has managed equity portfolios since 1992. Sebastian began his career in 1989 at Singer & Friedlander Investment Management. Joining Stanhope Investment Management (the management company for the GEC Pension Fund) in 1995, he jointly managed the £2 billion equity portfolio and the Fund’s asset allocation. He was appointed Director in 1999, and in 2000 he left to establish Troy. Gaining his BSc in Politics from Southampton University, Sebastian holds the ASIP qualification and is an Associate Member of the CFA Society of the UK.
