Seneca Growth Capital VCT Plc is a United Kingdom(UK)-based venture capital trust (VCT). The Company’s investment objective is to provide shareholders with an attractive income and capital return by investing its funds in a portfolio of both unquoted and The Alternative Investment Market (AIM)/AQSE-quoted UK companies which meet the relevant criteria under the VCT rules. It has two types of share classes: the Ordinary share and B share class. At least the minimum required percentage of the Company’s assets is invested in qualifying investments as required by the VCT rules, with the remainder held in cash and money market securities. It invests in both AIM quoted and unquoted companies. Its portfolio of companies operates in diversified sectors, including business services, pharma/biopharma, software, health and consumer, retail, and manufacturing, among others.
