Tom Mondelaers, Managing Director, is a member of the Fundamental Euro Fixed Income team, where he is the lead portfolio manager for the investment grade credit portfolios. Previously, Tom also served as an investment manager for the financial sector at BlackRock. Tom's service with the firm dates back to 2002, including his time with Merrill Lynch Investment Managers (MLIM), which merged with BlackRock in 2006. He became part of the fixed income team at MLIM after the acquisition of Philips Investment Management in September 2005. Prior to joining Philips in 2002, he worked as a portfolio manager at AXA Investment Managers and AXA Bank NV. Tom earned an MSc degree in applied economics from the University of Leuven, Belgium, in 1995, and an MBA degree from Manchester Business School in 2002.

Michael Krautzberger, CFA, EFFAS, Managing Director. Michael is the Head of Fundamental Fixed Income in EMEA and a member of BlackRock's Fixed Income EXCO. Mr. Krautzberger's service with the firm dates back to 2005, including his years with Merrill Lynch Investment Managers (MLIM), which merged with BlackRock in 2006. He joined MLIM as head of the European Fixed Income and was responsible for the UCITS III restructuring of the MLIIF Euro Bond Funds. From 2011 to 2014 he also served as Chief Investment Officer and member of the board of BlackRock Asset Management Deutschland AG. He was named Morningstar Fixed Income Fund Manager of the Year for Europe in 2014 and 2016. Prior to joining MLIM, Mr. Krautzberger was head of European fixed income at Union Investment in Frankfurt since 1999. Previously, he spent five years with Deutsche Bank's DWS, where he managed global fixed income portfolios and was responsible for the pre-Euro European currency unit and structured products. Mr. Krautzberger earned a BA degree in business administration and computer science from the European Business School in 1994, and an MA degree in economics from the University of Hagen in 1996.
