If I don’t have an Online Password or Secure Number, can I still access my account?

No, you won’t be able to access your account online or discuss your account over the telephone. You’ll only be able to request information about your account by post, which would be sent to the address we have registered for you.

You can set up online access here. Or if you’d prefer to only access your account by telephone you can set up your access by calling us on 0117 980 9984.
