My PIN has expired, what do I do now?
We send you a PIN in the post as part of setting up online access.
If you’ve lost your letter, or the PIN has expired, you can request a new one by calling our account administration team.
We will then send you a replacement PIN in the post, which you can use to finish your registration online.
