How can I pay fees from outside my ISA or SIPP?

Fees arising from the ISA or SIPP can be taken from the HL Fund & Share Account. To elect for all future fees to be collected from your fund and share, please:

  • Log in to your account
  • Just above the table showing your account(s) and its value, you will see a number of links. Click the ‘Account Settings’ link towards the right hand side of the screen
  • Select the ‘Fees and minimum cash balance’ option on the left hand side of the screen
  • In the ‘Fee Collection Options’ box, click ‘edit fee collection options’
  • Choose the option ‘Collect fees outside account where possible’ and click Save.

If you opt for this, we will usually collect the fee according to the fee collection option you have chosen for the Fund & Share Account.

Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure your Fund & Share Account has sufficient cash to cover fees on your other accounts. Your Suggested Minimum Cash Balance can assist you with this. If there is insufficient cash in your Fund & Share Account we will collect the fee from the account it was accrued.
