I have outstanding fees, how do I pay these?
You can pay any outstanding fees directly online. To do so select the account in which the fees are due (HL SIPP for example), select ‘Account Administration’ and then ‘Pay fees online using a debit card’. Please note that paying your fees in this manner does not count as a contribution or subscription into the account in which the fees were outstanding. This can also be done over the telephone by calling our Helpdesk on 0117 900 9000 with your security details to hand.
Alternatively, if you have the remaining allowances required you may wish to pay the fees online by making a contribution/subscription into the account in which the fees are outstanding by selecting the relevant account and clicking ‘Add Money’. This can also be done over the telephone by calling our Client Support Team on 0117 980 9950.
