How to transfer from Equiniti, Link or Computershare

Before you start

• Make sure you have read and understood the risks and Terms and Conditions (including our charges).  
• You should understand any fees your current provider may charge for transferring away. This will be included on the transfer form.

How to transfer

1. Download and complete the relevant transfer form for the shares you hold. You can find these in the ‘Useful forms’ section of the website.
2. Download and complete the relevant transfer form for the HL account you want to hold the shares in. These are also in the ‘Useful forms’ section.  
3. Send your completed forms, and a cheque for any fees, to:

What happens next

Once we have your completed forms, we will contact your provider to start the transfer and pass over any fees.  

We will contact you again once your transfer is complete.
