Objective

The policy of the company is to invest in directly held UK commercial property, property-backed securities listed on the London Stock Exchange and cash or near cash securities. The Company will not invest in overseas property or securities or in unquoted companies. UK directly held commercial property will usually account for at least 80% of the total portfolio but it may fall below that level if relative market levels and investment value, or a desired increase in cash or near cash securities, make it appropriate.

She is responsible for establishing, maintaining and ensuring compliance with business processes. These include governance, corporate branding, quality assurance, business continuity and corporate risk management. She is also Head of Conference Logistics for ANZPAA Police Conference 2019. Qualified as a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1996. She has over 20 years' experience of commercial property investment at Hermes Real Estate Investment Management, Land Securities and Asda Property Holdings and joined OLIM in 2009 and OLIM Property in 2012.
