(Sharecast News) - Extracts and ingredients specialist Treatt said on Friday that it has appointed an interim chief financial officer.
The London-listed firm said Manprit Randhawa would take over the role from Ryan Govender, who is stepping down at the end of this month.
Randhawa is joining from AIM-listed life sciences firm SkinBioTherapeutics, and will "support the company while the process to appoint a permanent group chief financial officer successor continues".
Randhawa will join the executive committee but not the board.
Vijay Thakrar, chair, said: "We are delighted to welcome Manprit. He brings a wealth of strategic and commercial expertise to Treatt, and we look forward to working with him."
Govender is leaving Treatt, which supplies the beverage, flavour and fragrance industries, for textiles firm Johnson Service Group. He has been with Treatt for three years.
