Why can I see details of income received on my consolidated tax certificate but not on my transaction history?
All taxable income is included on the consolidated tax certificate. This also includes income produced in accumulation fund units. This type of income is not shown on your Income Account transaction history as this is not a cash distribution paid out onto your account. Instead the distribution is automatically reinvested within your fund as a notional distribution. This has the effect of increasing the value of your existing units over time. However, investors should keep a record of net income (deemed) distributions received.
