(Sharecast News) - Franchise Brands said in an update on Tuesday that it did not expect to consider a move to London's main market before the second half of 2027, following shareholder queries during its interim results roadshow.

The AIM-traded multi-brand franchise group said its board would continue to review the matter, but that no decision was expected in the near term unless there were adverse financial or regulatory changes affecting AIM.

"The company does not expect to consider a potential listing on the main market until the third or fourth quarter of 2027, which is over two years from now," it said in a brief statement.

At 1253 BST, shares in Franchise Brands were up 2.47% at 131.16p.
