(Sharecast News) - Ten Lifestyle Group announced on Tuesday that it has secured a new multi-year contract with a leading financial services provider in the AMEA region, further strengthening its position in the high and ultra-high net worth segment.

The AIM-traded concierge technology platform said it would deliver a digitally enabled customer experience programme for the provider's high and ultra net worth clients.

To support the mandate, Ten said it would establish a new in-market operating presence, enhancing local service coverage and operational capability in a region it described as strategically important for mid-term growth.

Transition from the incumbent provider was expected to start in the second half of Ten's financial year ending 31 August.

Once fully transitioned in the 2027 financial year, the contract was expected to be classified as a 'Large' engagement, defined by the group as generating annualised corporate client revenue of between 2m and 5m, excluding supplier-generated revenue.

At 1259 GMT, shares in Ten Lifestyle Group were up 5.84% at 72.5p.
