German inflation confirmed at 2.7% in May

(Sharecast News) - German inflation eased slightly to 2.7% in May, according to official data published on Friday, confirming flash estimates.

Consumer prices on a harmonised basis with other European Union countries, was 2.9% year-on-year in April.
