Ryanair passenger numbers jump 7% in December

(Sharecast News) - Budget airline Ryanair reported a 7% jump in passenger numbers for December on Monday.

Traffic rose to 14.5m from 13.6m in the same month a year earlier, while the load factor - which gauges how full the planes are - was steady at 92%.

On a rolling 12-month basis, passenger numbers grew 5% to 206.5m and the load factor was unchanged at 94%.

Ryanair operated more than 82,000 flights in December 2025.
