Shares in MobilityOne resume trading after posting of annual report

(Sharecast News) - MobilityOne published its audited results for the year ended 31 December on Tuesday, enabling the lifting of its trading suspension on AIM from 0730 BST.

The AIM-traded e-commerce payment platform provider had been suspended pending the release of its full-year financial statements.

With the accounts now finalised and posted to shareholders, the company confirmed that trading in its securities would resume.

It said its annual general meeting would take place at 1600 local time on 30 July in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

At 1042 BST, shares in MobilityOne were down 9.97% at 1.3p.
