(Sharecast News) - Two London-listed companies were among those disclosing director dealings on Monday, with a non-executive at CT Automotive increasing his holding and Frontier Developments' founder selling shares under a buyback programme.
At the AIM-traded CT Automotive Group, senior independent non-executive director Geraint Davies purchased 20,000 ordinary shares at 25.4p each on 27 February.
The shares were acquired on the London Stock Exchange's AIM market, giving the transaction an aggregate value of 5,080.
Following the purchase, Davies held 100,000 ordinary shares in the automotive interior components supplier, representing 0.14% of the company's issued share capital.
Separately, Frontier Developments disclosed that president and founder David Braben sold 10,000 ordinary shares at a price of 406.65p per share on 27 February.
The transaction took place on AIM and was described as being in line with the details set out in the launch of the company's share buyback programme on 26 February.
