(Sharecast News) - First Property Group revealed on Wednesday that chief executive Ben Habib had acquired 300,000 shares in the AIM-listed property fund manager.
Habib, who snapped up the shares via his stake in Fprop Phoenix, purchased the shares at an average price of 15p each, for a total value of £45,000.
Following the transaction, Habib holds a beneficial interest in 26.41m ordinary First Property shares, representing approximately 17.87% of the company's issued share capital.
As of 1545 BST, First Property Group shares were down 0.66% at 15.15p.
