Director dealings: Intercede chairman raises stake

(Sharecast News) - Intercede revealed on Friday that chairman Royston Hoggarth had acquired 128,200 ordinary shares in the cybersecurity software firm.

Hoggarth, who joined the board of Intercede way back in August 2002, purchased the shares on Thursday at an average price of 155.96p each, for a total value of 199,940.72.

Following the transaction, Hoggarth has a beneficial shareholding in 821,854 ordinary Intercede shares, representing approximately 1.4% of the company's total voting rights.

As of 1515 BST, Intercede shares were up 0.63% at 160p.
